Legislators put out a call for citizens' reform ideas

Minnesota House Democrats have set up a webpage where citizens can submit ideas for reforming state government. Rep. Paul Marquart, DFL-Dilworth, announced the site this morning. The goal is to get six good ideas to include in a reform bill.
